GoWoof promises reliable, complete and up-to-date information. Here's how that works in practice, including what we haven't done yet.
Important
All information was collected from public sources (the places' own sites, official bodies, portals and articles) and has not yet been phone-verified. Every place shows its sources, trust level and collection date. Please confirm with the place before you go.

Re-verification
Policies change. Each kind of place has a re-check date; after it passes, the displayed confidence decreases gradually until the place is checked again.
- Lodging: every 6 months
- Food & drink: every 6 months
- Dog parks: every 12 months
- Services: every 12 months
- Beaches: every March, before the bathing season
- Nature, trails & attractions: every 12 months
The confidence meter
The meter combines source quality with time since the last check. A place verified by phone or in person stays at 70% or above while it's within its re-check window.
Location accuracy
Some places use an approximate location (village or city center). These pins have a dashed outline on the map.
Places that don't accept dogs
We also keep places that don't accept dogs, so nobody shows up by mistake. They're hidden by default and still searchable.
Sponsored content
Paid promotions are always labeled "Sponsored". Payment never changes the trust level or hides negative reviews.
